How are migratory flows and mass movements of people financed during chaotic times? How does the financial system integrate people? Which is the spectrum of agency between private networks, state responsibility and the banks in between? This conference will look at the relationship between the financial sector and migration - taking a comparative historical view.

Proposals must include the following information:

• Abstract (max 350 words)
• Short biography (max 75 words)
